Party night room
New Policy on party night room rentals:The house is open to all who wish to spend the night at no extra charge other than to help with party clean up.
If you know in advance you'd like to spend the night please simply make arrangements with me prior to the party to assure a private room.
If you are already at the party and decide you'd like to stay you MUST first clear this with me or you won't be able to stay.
If I don't know you personally, a refundable deposit or car keys and a drivers license will be requested - This is so I know you won't be loading your car up with my stuff while I'm sleeping - I really don't think that is too much to ask.
All other nights
BDSM Bed and Breakfast
Check in at 3:00pm - Check out by noon - full use of dungeon, kitchen, laundry room, pool and Jacuzzi, all other household amenities included. Breakfast included. Free local phone calls, and use of music and videos. Access to Tanya's Closet - our Tgirl's Haven included for all of your cross dressing needs.
$295/night Sun - Thurs$395/Fri - Sat
Half Day / Hourly Rates
During the week half day rentals available for photo shoots/video or whatever else for only $169.00 or by the hour for only $69.00/hour.
